Understanding your Puppy / Dog's behavior & personality
There are many different factors influencing the canine's personality, dog behavior. There will always be people who defend the inheritance instead of the experience and vice versa. But the best thing is to assume that your dog's character will be formed in some part by inherited treats from their parents and in some others by the experiences it has had or will have during its formation period, that is, its first weeks of life.
The inheritance influences the character in a great deal; the puppies of nervous, aggressive behavior or scary mother dogs have a lot more possibilities to be like this than the puppies of quiet, sure of themselves and friendly mother. However, let's get this straight: we are not talking as much about genetic inheritance as the powerful influence of the mother during the first weeks of life, so essential in the definition of the character. It is very possible that the puppies will imitated their mother and reproduce its conduct in the future. Dog Coat Jacket Fleece T-Shirt

The experiences lived during the first week of life also influence the character of an adult dog. Obviously, a negative experience of the puppy can provoke that the dog will fear an object or a person for life. However, researches show that it is even better to have some negative experiences than living entirely isolated from the real world during infancy. It may be caused by a phenomenon know as "stress immunization". The more experiences a puppies goes through (even if some of them are not very pleasant) it will have bigger capacity to face what the future has for it. This doesn't mean that you shouldn't protect the puppies from the negative experiences (of course you have to), but that an extremely intense exposition to the outside world can counteract the effects of the negative experiences and even from the inherited negative traits.Dog's Personality
Puppies are born with a tendency to be shy or sure of themselves, impetuous or quiet. The facility for educating them, socializing or living with them will depend on their personality. As a general rule, puppies or adult dogs that are sure of themselves won't consider necessary to show themselves as aggressive, what makes it really important to promote this confidence. Some dogs are very willing and try to avoid all the rules, while others prefer to obey them with no hesitation; as humans, some of us are natural leaders and others just subordinates like sheep, but all of them must learn how to behave in society if we want to survive in this modern world.
Dogs frequently seem to reflect, like mirrors, the character of the people they live with. A dog bred in a house full of mischievous children will obviously be very noisy, anxious and an expert in calling people's attention, while other that has been bred by a quiet older couple, will probably reflect like a mirror, its master's lifestyle. Dog owners should never underestimate the influence they have over their dogs. Finding the balance might be a complicated art; sometimes we want our dogs to be funny and have initiative, but we also want it to be quiet sometimes. It is not casual that people, who have had a dog with conduct problems, will have a dog with the same pattern in the future. Even when each dog is a separate world, we should never ignore the influence of our attitude, our way of thinking and our habits to our dogs.
