POINTER Puppy Dogs

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Very specialized hunting dog, characterized by the way it points: with the whole body tensed, pointing with the snout and very frequently also with a hand raised from the floor. It is good and obedient, but it can be kind of distrustful with strangers. It needs to exercise a lot and lives happier in the countryside. It is good with children and it will show its hunting ability every time it has the chance to.
PHYSICAL ASPECT
Short and straight hair of an easy maintenance, frequently lemon, orange, liver or black in color, combined with white. The tricolor or uniformed colored exemplariness are rare. Characteristic head with the snout slightly concave. It ability as a hunter is due, in part, to the auditive sharpness that its ears, very close to the face, provide it. Oblique shoulder blades.
Long and slightly curved body. Tail placed on the back of a medium size that narrows to the point.
Feet with prominent knuckles and arched fingers.
