KING CHARLES SPANIEL AND CAVALIER KING CHARLES SPANIEL
They owe their name to the King Charles II of England, who used to love them. Both breeds come from a common ancestor. The word cavalier designates a variety with longer snout that wasn't officially recognized until 1940. They currently are company dogs, but at first, they were used as hunting dogs.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Both of them are great partners by nature. They really enjoy either going for long walks in the countryside or going for walks
in the city while their master goes window shopping or sitting in front of the chimney in the company of a good human friend with the same intensity. Happy and affectionate, both of them can handle living with children if they are quiet, but the Cavalier is less placid than the King Charles. kong dog toy
