French Bulldog, puppies of French Bulldogs
It probably descends from the British Toy Bulldog (a miniaturized version of the Bulldog), introduced to France in the XIX century and crossed there with other European dogs that also have a flattened snout and bred to fight with bulls. Among them, the Spanish Bulldog with straight ears.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
As courageous as tiny, intelligent and smart.
It is not a guardian or barker dog, but won't doubt in barking to alert that any strangers are approaching the house. The Bouledogue is agile and lively and get adapted to any house, but this dog needs its masters to pay attention to it because it never gets tired of having company.
PHYSICAL ASPECT
Fawn coat, with short and straight hair. Dark rounded eyes, fallen and separated from each other. Bat ears, placed high and straight. None amputated tail, very short from bird, straight or curled, but never turned to the back. Short and muscular body, wide and strong at the shoulder blade's level that progressively narrows to the abdominal cavity. Strong rear paws and slightly longer than the front ones.
