BORDER TERRIER, Terriers
Native of the border area between England and Scotland, it was bred to work with the Border Hounds on fox hunting, from which it took its name of Border.
GENERAL Dog DESCRIPTION
Vocational hunter and with a very independent character, it wouldn't be strange for this dog to organize more than one hunting journey of its own if the garden of your house is properly locked.
Admirably vigorous and resistant dog, from which it is said that it can compete with a horse in running. Correct any mischievous conduct or it will be very difficult to control the animal in the future. It is affectionate but not flattery.
Despite of the fact that this is working dog, it can perfectly adapt itself to the family life.
PHYSICAL Dog ASPECT

High tail, but never turned to the back, short, pretty thick on the base, that gradually narrows. Small feet with thick pads. Not very arched or prominent ribs and projected backwards.
