BEDLINGTON TERRIER
English breed, previously called Nothumberland Fox Terrier, use to hunt vermin and rabbits. Its ability as a hunter made it the furtive hunter's favorite and was even considered as "bohemian's dog". By the beginning of the XX century, its elegance began to be more socially valued every time and it is currently used specially as a pet.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Even when it is a quiet dog, it is also tremendously brave. It keeps, in a great deal, its hunting instinct, but it is a good pet, capable to dearly love children. It loves to have fun and it is always ready to play, but it doesn't doubt to protect the people it loves.
PHYSICAL ASPECT
Very characteristic coat, thick but not hard, with the tendency to curl up, specially on the face and head area. Almost triangle shaped eyes, small, expressive and shiny. Middle sized ears, placed low, falling against the cheeks. Moderate length tail, that is born thick and progressively narrows to the tip. Big feet, with thick and tight pads.
