American Water Spaniel Puppy Dogs
It is believed that this American and relatively recent breed comes from the other Spaniels, among which the Irish Water Spaniel is included. Originally bred for its size and color to retrieve ducks and gooses in water, it also skillfully retrieves on land.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
As a good Spaniel, it is a treatable and easy to handle dog. Born hunter, it always likes to be busy, so it really enjoys all kinds of training sessions. It loves water. Caring and charming, but also robust and intelligent, it is a great pet that equally plays with all of family members. It needs to make regular physical exercise and also, to be accompanied. Despite its docility, it can be mischievous around other animals.
PHYSICAL ASPECT
Straight or curly coat, with short hair on the snout and the tail. It can only be dark brown in color, even when the little white spots on the chest and the fingers are accepted. Eyes on the same tone of the coat. Typical Spaniel ears. Covered with curls. Pretty long tail. Big, rounded and open feet, with hair on top and also between the fingers. Strong and muscular body.
