ALASKAN MALAMUTE
Used as a slide dog by the Inuit tribe of the malamutes, in Alaska, it was discovered by the European colonists if the XVIII century. It was about to disappear, mixed with other faster breeds, when the sled racing came into fashion.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION

PHYSICAL ASPECT
Thick and hard exterior coat. Almond eyes, brown in color. Triangle shaped ears, small in relation with the head, leaning forward when they are straight and sometimes folded against the skull when it is working. Very hairy tail, placed very high, that begins as a prolongation of the back-line and the curls slightly turned up. Very big feet with thick and rough pads and the inter-digital species protected with hair. Strong and powerful complexion, with a deep chest and powerful abdominal cavity.
